Having shopped here on several occasions I am very grateful to the staff and their willingness to comb through a variety of vinyl to help me find that perfect album for the music lovers I am shopping for. They are helpful and do their best to order records quickly without promising unrealistic timelines. They call back when they say they will and are always friendly when you show up to the store. Customer service is a dying art in 2020 and these guys are getting it right.

Great selection, reasonable prices. Staff are what sets this store apart! They are super friendly and accommodating; will help you find what you’re looking for, and if they don’t have it, they will do their best to get it! One of my favourite London spots.
Amazing selection of music and if they don't have it in, Grooves will order it for you. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The layout of the store is super organized. Thumbs up !
