I had a platinum ring that was resized elsewhere and the seam was noticeable since apparently they used white gold at the other jeweller and did not inform me. Gordons resized it again for me and now there is no seam and it looks as good as new.

Having called for an apt. To speak with a Goldsmith re a ring repair I arrived on time and was told that the Goldsmith was at lunch. I found the young salesperson snippy. She did go find the a Goldsmith and I was able to speak with her! Time frames to assess 2 weeks, repair 6-10 weeks. I have had this experience before and won’t be back.
