Incompetent. The physical therapists here strut around worrying more about appearing hip and like the big wolf on campus rather than being competent in their trade. They lay patients down on therapy beds and go from one to the next in an assembly line fashion, offering a few moments of advice and guidance, as if they're some sort of miracle healers that can diagnose and treat your issues in a few minutes of examining you. I've gone here a few times over the years for various issues and have always been worse off afterwards, and I've healed better either by doing nothing or creating my own rehab procedure. One particular time, I was being \treated\ by a particular therapist who fancied himself something of a whiz kid (middle-aged) because he was also versed in chiropractic. The problem was he didn't seem very competent in physical therapy and certainly not in chiropractic, and shouldn't have been doing chiropractic in a physical therapist setting. Misdiagnosing a neck issue as a back issue, this \jack of all trades\ (and certainly master one none) performed repeated violent chiropractic adjustments (e.g. thoracic supine thrusts) that shouldn't have been performed, most likely only making the issue worse. These guys need to either get out of the game or specialize in a particular area of the body and focus 100% of their efforts on that, and stop with this assembly line fashion of \treatment\. The ego needs to be left at the door and this \jack of all trades\ nonsense needs to stop.

Excellent!!!!!have never been medical clinic like this. Staffs are Really nice. Especially Janiffer is perfect Assistant. I have no idea why people rated bad. For international student, I think it is best option

Was greeted by Cathy the admin person who was pleasant and efficient. Saw the doctor who explained the procedure very well. I stopped at desk on way out to pay and was pleased at how quick the process was. Highly recommended.

Such a horrible experience with one of the receptionists. I have had fever for the past 2 days, my body is extremely sore, I cannot swallow anything and also my lips hurt so much because of blisters that appeared, I have difficulties to breathe and to swallow food. First of all, she was extremely rude to me. I asked her how she was doing, no answer. I asked if they had any doctors available and I explained my situation, she said no and that my only option would be to wait until 1pm for the walking in. That was at 11am and I told her I was going to come back later, she literally looked at me and in a very rude and disgusting way said \We will be full\. She honestly made me believe that for a few minutes she was enjoying the fact I was sick and in pain! I honestly do not know if it's because I am an international student, but I am very very disappointed.
