What a trash company run by even trashier people. Where to begin: - told we had AC - didn’t - had 2 hot water heaters, a bathtub and sink leak catastrophically - agents showed up without giving notice - never repaired water damage from the 4 massive leaks. - expect the property to be cleaner (and fixed I guess?) than when you arrived despite literal piles of dirt and junk throughout the house when I got there - straight up wasn’t clean when I moved in - hired substandard cleaners after 3 MONTHS of complaining (cleaned less than half of the house and left) - sends collection agencies after struggling students over these issues. - never actually did receive that referral gift card even though I asked... and asked and asked about it. I’m sure there’ll be more. I’ll add as they come to me. Do yourself a favour and don’t rent with Exclusive.

Found the perfect house again. Honestly, it is a one-stop-shop. Good service from the start to the end. But don’t get me wrong, a few things went wrong last year in our home. But this is not their fault so we decided to get a newer house this year, and we already found the perfect one with our agent, Ryan. He is amazing!
Sorry for leaving such a long review, but sometimes it is important to understand both sides and I took the time before leaving this review to really understand where Exclusive is coming from. All I can say is that they are a 3rd party and really try to work for the best interest of their clients which are landlords as well as their tenants. We had some major issues with paying rent due to the current situation and the company was beyond helpful in finding an appropriate solution for us and for that we can only be thankful. Everybody was very kind and helpful Keep up the good work.
I have nothing but excellent things to say about Exclusive! I am a property owner, and I rented out my London home through Exclusive. I live in Alberta, so I used them for all of their services. Response was always prompt and professional. I found it to be great value to me for the price of service. Even if I lived in London, I would have remained their client if I wasn’t selling my home.
I have been working with these folks for over 10 years now. When I first bought properties in London I inherited a property manager that was terrible and the whole experience made me rethink investing in Real Estate. Since partnering with Exclusive my experience has been top notch and it is really a turnkey experience for me. They are very pro-active and I never experience vacancies on my rentals as they get ahead of anything that needs to get done. My properties are clean, filled with renters and the renters are happy. There are a lot of BS'ers in this industry that do the bare minimum for a hefty fee. I get great value with Exclusive and have been a reference for them on many occasions. If you're thinking of getting into this market or you are already but your property manager is a dud then you should reach out to these guys for sure.
