Frame order was wrong. Gave me 4x6 paid for 5x7. Exchanged easily. 4x6 was warped so shd not be selling hence the loss of a star. Pic was 5x8 so needed trimming. Why make 5x8.when all frames are 5x7. Photo person did so happily and helped with a diff frame. Bigger and nucer and 8 less!!! Photo quality great.

I’m going back a third time to have pictures reprinted. The colour quality was all screwed and way darkened on the first ones, second ones were slightly better. I really hope the third reprint it better. Every time I’ve gone in the staff have been distracted and unhelpful.
