Timely, efficient, excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Time Management: A time interval for arrival was provided, I was given prior notice shortly beforehand, and Beau showed up promptly (on the early end of the interval). Initial diagnostics was performed immediately, repair the next day, and returned within 2 hours upon request to address a possible issue (was assured everything was fine). Repair was completed efficiently. All electronic services were timely. Cost & Repair: Initial diagnostic cost was waived after agreement to repairs (competitive with the market). Full cost seemed reasonable, and parts vs. labour breakdown was provided in the invoice and receipt. Washer was repaired (support spring had broken) and the machine is now functional. Beau tested performance before leaving. Customer Service: Both Beau (repair technician) and Jessica (administrative assistant) exceeded expectations. Jessica was personable, attentive, and accommodating; furthermore, the electronic customer service was very helpful. Beau was very friendly, professional, and happy to explain the work or answer any concerns. He put in a lot of effort to ensure that the repair was done well and that I was happy with the service.
Beau and Jessica from Dowell Equipment Services were excellent to deal with. I had multiple connection points with Jessica to confirm timing, and rescheduling when the part for my broken dryer wasn't readily available. Beau was very professional and great to deal with. He was very open in explaining (and showing) the issue with our dryer and what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend DES and would use them again without hesitation.
Jessica quickly arranged for Beau to assess what was damaged on our stove/oven and provided a quote for the repair. We discussed the option of repair vs purchase new and we decided to proceed with the repair. We had a Covid-19 wait time from Whirlpool to receive the required part. Communication while we waited for the part from Whirlpool was appreciated and the waiting was frustrating and the conversations were warm, understanding and enjoyable. As soon as the part arrived Jessica arranged to have it installed. We made supper in it tonight and tomorrow will be back to baking cookies, sourdough.... Truly absence makes the heart grow fonder. Dowell Equipment Services are a joy to work with. We are grateful.
Beau is responsive, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. I’ve had him repair both my gas oven and gas dryer and he does excellent work. Highly recommend!!
Replacement for ice maker I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem. Jessica is friendly and excellent at coordinating appointments. I was also very impressed with Beau and his attention to detail. He informed us of the cost of the parts and ordered them right away. I would highly recommend this company.
