We are renting so I can't speak to the value (given the property management paid) but everyone Diresco sent to help clear out our basement after it flooded 5 times in a week were amazing. They were quick, professional and they got the job done right. I would like to highlight Ken, specifically, who handled our case the most and he was awesome every time he came over. Can't recommend enough!

Outstanding team - Great job - Strongly recommend. Jordan and Dale repaired/replaced and thoroughly cleaned out our attic ductwork and ventilation system earlier today. They are great ambassadors for Diresco - from start to finish - friendly, professional, clear communication throughout. When I had questions shortly after the work was complete, and the team had left, the office contacted them right away. Jordan responded immediately with a clear explanation which resolved the issue. Thank you for a job very well done. We are looking forward to having our attic insulation upgraded by a Diresco affiliate in a couple of weeks. What a good resource this company has been! Our building recently went through a major emergency (July 10th, 2019), and Diresco has been nothing but wonderful! They are so well organized and work with incredible speed and efficiency. Bill, Jordan and Charles (Chip) communicated with our tenants and made sure everyone was on the same page; couldn't reccomend them enough!! Diresco is the very best! Update: Yesterday (July 28th, 2020), we experienced a fire in our laundry room and Diresco responded to our call within an hour to scope out the damage and begin repairs. They are excellent with our tenants, constantly updating them on the status of the unit and how they are going to proceed forward. Within 24 hours out laundry room is clean, damaged items have been removed and air quality filters are running. I can't stress enough how amazing Bill and Charles (Chip) has been. Our building is forever greatful for your company!
