By far the most knowledgeable and professional glass company around. The owner asked questions about my vehicle that no one else asked. He took time to explain the importance of proper windshield installation. He explained the importance of not going to a 1 hour glass installation shop and why to avoid mobile installation. Direct Impact Auto Glass is the one and only place in London Ontario I would recommend to anyone for any car services you need. I found Brian's (he's the owner) business by accident when I had a stone crack on my windshield which needed to be repaired. Brian not only explained to me the process but he also showed me how it was done. He always takes time to explain the repair process (which I truly appreciate) regardless of how busy his schedule is. His prices are the most reasonable in town, (you can check anywhere else and compare if you don't believe me) and work done is guaranteed. I highly recommend him to anyone - check out his repair shop and see for yourself.....

Took my daughters 2001 Honda Accord in for a windshield replacement. Bryan Rome the owner took time to talk with me about the process he goes through and quality of product he uses. Job was completed on time. He even cleaned the dash and steering, also he noticed the head light covers had yellowed with age. He cleaned them and did a great job. Professional and competitively priced job. Highly recommended shop. Thanks Bran.

I recently needed Bryan's expertise with replacing the rear windshield of my 2004 Mustang. He ordered the parts in immediately and was very accommodating with keeping my car inside where it was safe and out of the elements- until the parts arrived 2 days later. His price was very reasonable and his shop rates very fair. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a repair. Large or small. He cleaned up all of the broken glass for me and washed my car when he was finished. They also gave me a ride home the day I dropped my car off which was greatly appreciated.
