Lindsay is absolutely amazing! She helped me find my perfect wedding dress, that fit me perfectly :).. well and along side my mother. She listen to what I wanted, I tried on a couple dresses choose the dress which was ‘me.’ During this crazy time of a pandemic they did an amazing job making me feeling welcomed, safe, and making my special day even better with the perfect wedding dress. I highly recommend them!

The store is very poorly ran. Bad experience every time I go in there. They don't seem interested in helping, sales ladies are never found, everything is very unorganized. We went for flower girl dresses, 3 of them. Found some but no one told us anything and never helped us with anything. David's bridal in london ontario is the worst bridal store.
I couldn’t say enough good words to describe my experience at this location. We were there looking for a wedding dress for my sister (I am maid of honor) and we had gone to 4 other boutiques previously and didn’t find anything. We walked in, our consultant asked what we wanted and explained we had no idea. She then pulled a few dresses out and we were able to narrow it down dress by dress until we found the perfect one. Although we had one consultant, a few other employees helped us out. It made the experience even more special and at the end of the day, my sister ended up saying yes to the dress!
I bought my wedding dress from here and I Love it! The woman at the door was very kind and made sure to congratulate me on my engagement and on my future wedding. When looking around the show room for dresses there was such an assortment of styles and colours! I picked a few dresses I had seen online prior, as they suggested it to help them and I find my kind of style and what I like and don't like, which was very helpful as it also helped me not feel overwhelmed when I got there. The woman who helped me was kind and made sure that each dress I tried on fit right, felt right and was my style. When I found the dress she helped me find the right veil and even helped suggest some shoe colours and styles based on the time of year and theme of my wedding. When I found the dress that gave me my I am a bride feeling, they helped me with information on everything else that happens after you purchase the dress such as alterations, storage, and how to do it up. Overall I had a great experience here, and found the staff very helpful and happy and the prices very reasonable! I can't wait to come back in a few months for alterations.
Rita is THE BEST!! She knew what I wanted before I did! The staff were bubbly and kind hearted, they know how to make your day better! They also are very conscious of COVID regulations and it was a safe environment
