Smaller dance store, almost hidden as they are down behind a small strip mall and Google does not give great direction, however that being said once you find the store. You will be surprised to find that they carry a wide range of products for dance. From slippers and shoes to tights and costumes. They carry it all. I'm not sure about the pricing as I'm a first time father just beginning the journey of dance with the little one but I thought the prices were very fair. If you are in the London area and have yet to check it out you may be just as pleased as I was. They also had a friendly and helpful associate working which always makes for a good shopping experience.

I recently purchased ballet flats here for my first adult beginner ballet class. The lady that served me (don't recall her name) was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately even though I did try them on in the store and they seemed comfortable (I purchased the canvas) while in class I noticed how lumpy they were on the inside which is very uncomfortable with jumping and while standing on one foot. I called your store and it was suggested I try wearing sockettes or insoles, but this has not helped. I am passed the 14 day exchange policy at this point, but am willing to accept a store credit if possible.

I am new to the city. I was advised by the dance academy to shop at this store because of closeness I believe. I arrived with the academy's list of things that I needed to buy. I said the sizes I needed. They put everything together at the front desk for me. I didn't have my kids at the time so there was no measuring necessary at the time. I was charged and off I went. When I got home I noticed two out of 3 dance shoes I asked for were the wrong size. (I live 30 minutes away from this store). I come back to the store. Point out the problem and it turns out I was given those sizes because they didn't have the sizes I asked for. How does that even make sense?! I asked for a refund, so I could go find those shoes somewhere else, and they refused. They only give store credit as said in the receipt. ( They didn't mentioned that either, the first time around by the way). I told them I needed the shoe and they said I needed to wait for them to order it and wouldn't known how long it could take. Week later, my children went to class without their complete uniform. I am extremely upset about this.
