The storage bin that I had was very easy to get, it did exactly what it was supposed to do ( keep my things dry and safe) , and was very easy to have picked up again. The staff were very accommodating in every way and even went further then required to see that my needs were met. If I need storage again I will certainly be coming back for repeat business. Get service - was perfect for our needs. First time using this type of service and the representatives 'anticipated' my questions - and made recommendations. We were more than pleased with the service from start to finish!
A bad experience. The cube was to be sent from Ottawa to London Ontario. It ended up in Cambridge Ontario. We weren't told of this until we called to check on it. When it finally arrived in London it was placed behind another cube, for safety's sake we were told. A phone call and email were received two days before the day we were to empty the cube assuring us we would be able to access the door. A truck was rented for this and we arrived at the cube at the appointed time. The cube was still inaccessible. We called and we were told someone would come in ten to twenty minutes. We stood waiting in the cold for two and a half hours. After we called twice more they told us they would send a tow truck to move it. Another hour passed and when the driver looked at the situation he said he wouldn't be able to move the cube with his truck. Luckily there was a small fork lift nearby which he used to drag the first cube away. So three hours after we arrived we were able to empty our stuff. We had friends with us who were kind enough to volunteer to help. We felt so bad making them wait for so long. Really disappointed with this company.
Out standing job I recommend this company to every one needs storage
Awesome Service. They really care about their customers and treat you like a person and not a number. They go above and beyond to find the best and cheapest way to help you and insure that you are satisfied before they hang up the phone and if you get disconnected by chance they will call you back.
