Honestly, one of the most speedy service I’ve ever had when it comes to phones. We all know what a pain it is to get anything done when it comes to our cellular devices. We explained the situation to the rep at the Sherwood Forest location and in the time it took to run to Costco to pump gas and back, the phone was ready. It was actually ready while pumping gas is when we received the phone call. Even tho it was just a battery replacement for an older generation iPhone the service was impeccable. Trust in my recommendation, there is no one better than cellular magician for your cell phone needs. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing. I thought my phone was finished. It was repaired within two hours and a reasonable price. Also very helpful on two prior visits to determine the best course of action (i.e. insurance, buy new or repair).
Cellular Magician came to our rescue today. Thank you! It was a big relief, as they were able to un-scramble our phone messaging system, link the cell phone to the computer , recommend and explain in detail the pros and cons of an anti-virus system for the computer, and show us how to link photos from a camera to the web for family sharing. they were truly a blessing that Computer Magician was here to resolve so many computer and cell phone problems.
Service is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I talked to 4-5 different people and every one of them were so kind and helpful. Quality is great and worth the cost. Would recommend to everyone.
Absolutely recommend. Phone was in and out in under an hour, super friendly and easy to deal with, and the repairs needed (camera, and lens) were very reasonably priced. If I remain clumsy, I will definitely be back here. 10/10! Good job guys!
