I have used this print company over the last couple of years. I absolutely LOVE their new website and new products they've added. I had a minor glitch when placing my order, and their team saw it through and made it as seamless as possible. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and the quality of their work is remarkable! I will happily use their services for all my printing needs and recommend them in a heartbeat! I had always wanted to have this old photo of my children (taken in 2006) made into a canvas print and I was lucky enough to have found Canvas n’ Decor to do it! I could not be happier with the finished product! They answered every one of my email inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. They kept me informed as to the largest size they would be able to create with my old photo (35” X 28”) and the result is perfect! I even had them add a white floater frame to my print and I really like how that turned out! The colour and quality they were able to achieve was far beyond what I expected but exactly what I had hoped for! I was also incredibly impressed with how well my print had been packaged for shipment from Ontario to Calgary. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again.
I have bought around 20 prints from canvas and decor over the past 3 years. They have always delivered high quality prints. I am very satisfied with their product. They produce a good canvas print in a reasonable time. However, there pricing has increased dramatically since I first ordered with them. My first print I ordered 2.5 years ago cost 23. Now that exact print costs 41.00. I understand prices increase with time, but the price has doubled in the last three years and the quality of the print is still the same. This increase in cost has stopped me from placing orders. They are still my favourite canvas place. But similar quality can be found elsewhere for much cheaper. If you only want one print they are a good provider, but if you need to order several prints I’d recommend ordering elsewhere. The cost just isn’t worth it anymore.
I'm thrilled with my 60"X24" panoramic gallery wrap. The quality, colours and reproduction are all excellent. It looks really impressive on my wall. Before ordering, I had lots of questions and they were all promptly answered. The canvas was super well packaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I'll be ordering more.
I had a great experience with the team. The canvas order I placed, a 48"x24" landscape panorama, came out great! It was sharp with great tonal range. They had a promotion for a free 8x8 metal print. The photo I sent needed some editing. They reached out to inquire about my preference before printing. Very thoughtful. It did take them about 3 weeks to ship the order, but they kindly explained that it was due to the high orders for the holidays. Overall, the team was responsive and kept me updated. The canvas print quality met my expectations.
I sent them digital high resolution for printing and they immediately sent me screen shot for my approval which was very efficient. Also the actual product came out amazing with floating frame in a very good solid packing to avoid any damage. Very satisfied with their service. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when I need to have canvass print.
This is the only online company that I could find that prints panoramic prints. We received our canvas and the quality is just excellent! Will definitely use them again.
I ordered two customizable panoramic canvas prints from this company, and I could not be happier with the results. One of my photos was not of the best quality and they took the time to email me and ask me if I wanted to either provide a new photo, have them fix my current photo or cancel my order. I asked them to do the best they could to fix the photo I had provided (since I did not have a better quality photo) - which is what they did! The canvas turned out great thanks to their impeccable work on fixing the quality of my photo! Due to this experience, I would highly recommend this establishment for any canvas prints of personal photos!
