This business is full of scam artists and people who steal your information. This company I have been trying to transfer out of for over 6 months at this point and they don't reply to emails they just give you the run-around if you can get them on the phone and they don't transfer it. If you want to actually have your plan transferred and not cancelled they won't do it because they lose money because they can't keep everything if you just cancel your plan and move it somewhere else instead of transferring it. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
