The staff at this branch are highly professional and attentive. I've never dealt with a bank before where I could leave a voicemail and get a call back within 15 minutes. They always do everything possible to make processes as easy and efficient for the client as possible - electronic signatures, virtual scheduling of meetings, etc etc. Excellent service.

Bank Rep tried to force a direct deposit form on me and another Rep looked over my shoulder to try and see my phone screen. Rude, bossy and absolutely no respect for my privacy. Avoid this location.
Not pleased with the new design of the bank. The outside terminal is dangerous and I was almost robbed withdrawing my money. Maybe taking my buisness elsewhere
My wife has enjoyed this Branch for many years including the staff who are super helpful and professional. She appreciates the services the bank provides specifically the banking plans are great! My wife really enjoys the bank machines in between the doors on the Wellington entrance and how they stay up-to-date with technology. She says that she feels very safe knowing they have a great security system and video cameras.
Staff was awesome n very helpful I highly recommend this branch
