Great purchase experiences, the staff do their best to accommodate all guests and I’m sorry to hear that some people had some negative experiences. Personally, I think this is a pretty good store and the prices are ok. I also like the location and find it convenient that is next to both staple, Michaels and the mall at the same time. Recommend going here if you live in the Northern London area!

I had a terrible experience buying a laptop in Best Buy locates at Richmond street at London . I brought a laptop worth 910, they expect us to carry in a torn bag ? Even I asked that I am ignored badly.is this the way best buy sells?

Worst Best Buy services I have ever been! The staff are very impatient to answer any question and not even trying to answer, instead just talking about things that not relavant to my question at all! If you want a normal (not an angry one) shopping experience, do not go to that location.

A young man by the name of Phil helped me with my phone today. He was extremely helpful , patient and courteous. He could have easily given up on me but he persisted and I thank God that he resolved my problem. A big thank you to Phil, truly appreciated your help and expertise.

The BOSS

Went on the VIP day which is the day before Black Friday however they lack staff it took me an hour before a staff member just to help me and then when I was talking to this staff they are more distracted about getting a break then wanting to help. I ended up buying 5.1 surround sound Polk system that was regular 599.99 it was an open box and they are asking 314.99 however online they had on their website for 249.99 so I got a really good deal on that aspect of it got it home set it up there is absolutely nothing wrong with it I just don't think the person like the wireless speakers because you're not really Wireless when you still have to plug the cord into it to power them but for my purpose they turned out great buy for me.
