A very pleasant experience during covid lockdown! I contacted a few other bridal shops and after hearing a 250 nonrefundable deposit and a lot of runaround, reaching out to Ballett's was such a warm and welcoming experience. I was able to pick out my faves online, Terra contacted me shortly after and we had a great conversation about my style and I was given a specific date to pick up the dresses to take home. I was given 7 dresses to try on in the comfort of my home and found one I loved! I had a Facetime call with Julia the next day who answered my questions and was very sweet. The selection of dresses was perfect for my taste, very affordable and this was such a warm and relaxing experience, Thank you Ballett's - you did well during this difficult time :)

My experience at Ballett's Bridal was amazing start to finish! We walked in without an appointment after a very disheartening visit to another shop, and the wonderful ladies there made me and my party feel like family! The dress was gorgeous and they were very helpful keeping me within my budget. I would 100% recommend Ballett's Bridal - thank you for helping make my wedding day unforgettable!
I am Mother of the Groom and was at Ballett's (London location) on Oct. 24 and Lindsay looked after helping me find a dress. She was very professional and efficient and made the experience fun. In the end, I walked away ordering a great dress at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this Bridal Shop. So far, they have looked after all the wedding bridal needs and we just have the Flower Girl dress to pick out in a couple months.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jean to try and find my wedding gown. Although I ended up going with another dress from another store I was very impressed. She really took note of my likes and dislikes and was able to change course of appointment as it went on to adhere to how I was feeling. She was knowledgeable and kind and i'd recommend stopping in any day.
Lindsay and all the ladies were very supportive and fun to be with on an exciting day. Came out with a dress I didn't have in mind, which I really am happy with and is the purpose of your consultants. Shop was lovely and it was an overall great experience :)
