Very polite and professional and made themselves available immediately for service even during the 2020-202x CCP-Virus Pandemic. Too bad couldn't browse store at all but I think this might be resolved by now. Just to be sure make sure you know what you are going in for before setting off, or maybe call ahead. Also found SIM card pricing very fair which is considerate of them as I don't thienk they make much if any profit on those so it's more of a customer service gesture. Hopefully when I come in for a screen repair they'll do it cheap as I'd prefer to just grab a replacement screen locally for DYI.

This is the best place in London for cell phone repair. These guys are knowledgable, friendly, and fair priced. Easy location to access aswell.
They fixed my screen and everything with the screen was fine. When they pit my screen protector on it was not a great fit and also my fingerprint scanner doesn't read with whatever screen protector they put on

Will never go back.. they made me wait I was the only one in the store.. and when they were helping me .. they told me they would be right back.. again I waited for like 25 mins.. and still the only one in the store.. than came over and told me they couldn't help me.. the guy that did the phone lines was not there.. so like 45 mins for nothing waste my time
