My family has the highest regard for Ellen & have followed her to Amplifon as a result. Her level of patience & caring with her clients sets a bar that few if any are able to measure up to. This was even more evident recently when my Mom lost her hearing aid during a hospital stay. Ellen created a work around with one of Mom's older aids which provided my Mom some relief during her stressful hospital stay when due to hospital restrictions, we were not able to be there with her & the fear factor of her not hearing things properly was extreme. Due to Ellen's ingenuity, my Mom was able to hear the hospital staff well enough for which we are beyond grateful. I have & will continue to recommend Ellen & Amplifon to anyone in need of hearing solutions.
