Jeremy is a very professional, polite and thorough sales, and he also came to help during the installation to ensure everything goes well. We recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Air Design. They have been servicing our heating and cooling systems for many years. Their staff is polite and professional. They know their business. They have only sold us what we have needed over the years, it is nice to have a sense of trust in a supplier, and we have that in Air Design.
They put in the new Lennox and I was instantly warm. The people who work for this company are very respectful and nice and strive to help you out when your furnace is down on its luck. 100% will be contacting them again and recommending them to others.
