Our family had a wonderful experience dealing with AFS. As a matter of fact, much to our surprise, we dealt with the owner directly with the project we requested. It was celebrating a milestone for a family member. We requested a collage spanning over 4 decades of the property that this family member resides in and the quality and service provided was simply first class! Thank you, AFS, for creating a lifelong memory.

We bought only the print as they didn’t have the right colour frame for our decor, the gentleman made a mistake and said yes it is an 11X14 print when it is really a 10X14 so you can not find a frame without special ordering it! Also we noticed after further inspection of the photo there were a couple areas that looked a bit blurred. When I contacted the company after spending so much money on this as a gift for my husband they were not willing to help at all! They insisted their digital copy was not blurred so there was no way it could be, however mine is! So maybe it blurred somehow during print? But they basically told me I payed a lot of money to them and they are still unwilling to have good customer service follow through!! Very unprofessional

Just had one of there sales reps come to my door to try to sell me a picture he had already taken of my property without my knowledge and or permission. While I'm sure its legal I find it highly unethical and an invasion of privacy. Not to mention being solicited at my door. Poor form.
