My fiance and I tried to see the places since December. In December we were told that there were no places to view so they would put us on a list and contact us when some thing was available to see. By chance I noticed there was places available in February and as we were still interested, we contacted again. We got cancelled with twice in a week before getting called last minute to see a place the same day they called. When we got there, no one was there so my fiance called and they tried to say they cancelled with us as it had already been rented out (they had told us earlier we were at the top of the list so that made no sense) but we just wanted to see the layout. Finally the lady came and showed us. We were told we would be called when something came available for us in the next few weeks. Surprise surprise, no call yet and we are almost into May now. Oh well, their loss because we went with a different place. We are a good respectful quiet couple, not sure why we got treated so poorly. Nice places though, we did like them just customer service, for lack of a better word

Price comparable to most 2 bedroom apartments near by schools mall and restaurants/grocery stores near by hiking path fishing club with stocked pond bus to downtown and pet friendly especially to large breeds
Currently renting here. Good trustworthy company however is very difficult if you need to leave during rush hours. Sits across from a school and is down the street from shopping amenities
