I am a huge l'Occitane fan and am grateful we have a physical store location in Winnipeg. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Did you know that l'Occitane packaging has braille labelling too??

I called to inquire about a product and whether curbside pickup was available. The guy who answered was incredibly friendly and helpful, which is something I don’t see in retail too often. I will order more products for pickup from this location in the future!

Anytime I have stepped into this store, staff have been friendly, which is always appreciated. This is more of a review regarding a couple of their products I received over Christmas: If you have not tried it yet, you absolutely need to try the dry skin hand cream (20% shea butter) especially during these times of excessive hand sanitizer use, its AMAZING. The almond shampoo and conditioner also did wonders for my hair (this is speaking from an undyed head of hair, not sure how it would be with dyed hair?)so thank you for creating such helpful products!

This store is very neat and polished well designed and not dirty. Staff is kind and easy going they are going to help you get the product you want! Although the lack of space makes it hard to shop. Luckily because of the lack of customers it makes it a little easier! I just want to warn you when shopping here be weary of the prices for they are extremely high a bar of soap can cost 8!
