Called them based on seemingly solid reviews. Disappointing experience. Unimpressed with the lack of professionalism on the phone. Called them to say our fridge needed to be checked (didn't seem to be cooling properly) and the man said it could be a leak, that it'd be more expensive than a new fridge, and that he's trying to save us money by not dispatching a tech to look. Made no sense; he could've at least checked it out for us to rule things out. We wanted to pay for the service of ruling out possible issues and then we'd look into a new fridge. Called another company (Harold Snow) and they discovered it was a bad setting on the fridge/freezer dials themselves. Easy! And money well spent for peace of mind. Unlike Local Solutions, they were great on the phone and didn't hesitate to send someone out for help. Won't forget the positive experience with that group and definitely won't forget the negative one with Local Solutions.

I went far out of my way to give Local Soluctions my business because he repaired another appliance on my property and took the time to evaluate a washer and provide a quote to repair. There were no discounts or other reasons for not continuing the business relationship. However they did not respond to text or voice mail between July 31st and August 14th. There was no vacation notice on their voice mail, web site, or Facebook. I asked if they were out of business and did not receive a reply.
Excellent experience. Was open on Saturday afternoon and had the dryer part I needed on-hand at a reasonable price. Friendly and polite. Had good tips for deep cleaning and was also able to tell me how to disconnect my AWFUL buzzer while I had it apart. 100% would recommend and will be calling there again if I need service in the future.
Excellent company, they were able to come in a very reasonable time, diagnose the issues we were having with our Whirlpool fridge. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and excellent communication. I’d have no issues recommending this company!

100% recommend. Replaced the heating element in my dryer. Part had to be shipped, but arrived quickly. One visit to diagnose the problem and another to install the part. Very friendly and professional service.

We had a fridge with a broken ice maker that was leaking. Two other companies came in over the past year and charged us service fees to diagnose the problem and then said they would be back to fix it once the parts arrived. We never heard back from either and our calls were never returned. Local Solutions showed up very promptly when they said they would and diagnosed the problem with no service charge. They had the parts in three days and the fridge was fixed in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. Unbelievable service. There should be more companies like this one. The only company I'll call from now on. If it was possible I'd rate higher.
