The customer service is awesome!! I had my shoes stolen and they helped me find the exact pair that was taken. They are all very friendly and helpful.
I asked 3 employees in the shoe department how the laces worked on a pair of running shoes(the shoe was great and fit well but the laces are different style) and they all said “i dont know” and just left it at that. Then the cashier ( different employee) forgot the alarm tag and when the door alarm went alarm started mumbling. Another cashier removed them for me so I could leave. Lack of training causing ignorance
The sales lady in the shoe section was helpful and I was happy with my service.
Murray the general manager helped me track down a hard to find item. Excellent customer service. Thank you again.
