I went in for sausages and came out with a nice bed. The bed looks awesome but I would think at the price I paid for the bed, the construction of the pieces would be a little bit sturdier and nicer instead of unsanded very light wood pieces but overall it does its job

I appreciated that their store hours accommodated people who work during the day. I didn't find the sales lady to be really pushy, which I loved, and she was able to give me a few matress options to try that were in my budget range. The delivery of my mattress went very smoothly. The guys called me right when I was told they would (between 8-9am the morning of the delivery date) and they arrived to my house within the time slot they told me. They were friendly and efficient, and they were able to find my house without a problem (I live out of town). The mattress set I got is very comfortable and the bed frame was very easy to put together. I was going to also stop at The Brick to look at matresses, but I'm glad I didn't. I feel like I got a good deal at Sleep Country, there was no hassle and everything was delivered undamaged and on schedule. My only complaint is that now I never want to leave my bed!

I purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest bed almost two years ago and the pillow top shifted. The bed became extreamly lumpy and uncomfortable. After contacting the warranty center they agreed to replace the bed. They sent me a code and told me to take it to the closest Sleep Country dealer. This years model of the bed was allot softer and we didn't care for it. They let us pick a different mattress and told us we could pay the difference, which I was very pleased with. I picked a Serta perfect sleeper which was almost 700 more than my original purchase and they discounted the new mattress to the same price as the original one. Straight across trade and they waived the delivery fee because it's a warranty replacment. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase experience. It's great to see a company stand behind their products.

Went in looking for a pillow that was advertised on tv . They were sold out , I was then talked into buying a much more expensive pillow one that claims to be world class and guaranteed to keep your head cool at night . 250.00 later and the pillow is no better then the 10 pillow I can and have bought at Walmart . Don’t believe sales people that work on commission !
