It's bubble tea, but food court style. Clearly they use powder and the measurement is off because the flavor can be weak. Wait time is not bad but the staff could use more training in food safety. The owner needs to invest some time in checking the recipes. Parking is available from the mall, the Canada line has a stop here.

Very dirty! Although the girl was wearing gloves, she never took it off while touching cash. And she went cut fruits right away. I bought bubble tea, which she used the ice which dropped in the sank. Very very dirty!!!!!!
I have no idea how this place gets such bad reviews. The bubble tea is delicious, the service is great and they always give me exactly what I want in a timely manner! Strongly and highly recommended.
This place can't even make a basic milk tea with pearls properly....
The mall closes at 7 on a Sunday but they somehow are allowed to close their shop at 6:30. Okay... so does that mean the other stores in the mall are allowed to close at 6:30 too? They were just cleaning. Clearly they didn't want to stay behind to do what they're supposed to do when the mall is actually closed.
Don't go to this bubble tea stand, the staff are careless and don't want to be there! Worst Little Tea House... Disappointing
Water. It's literally just water. You're paying a lot for water.
I waited for 30 minutes for them to take my order and there were only 2 people in from of me. When I got there they were out of pearls. Waste of time
