One of the best stores for quality of product, knowledgeable & COVID-19 safety procedures! Customers were immediately greeted upon arriving, mask compliance & hand wash was ensured plus all of the health questions were asked. Aisles were clearly marked & store's system of customers not touching anything you were not buying & a sterilized pen was available to indicate flavour choice for loose chocolates & the employees would gather your indicated choices & quantities! A clearly labelled box was at the checkout to deposit the pen used to be sterized again. Paying was easy & contactless payment was encouraged & preferred, although all methods were available. My favourite store to shop! It's too bad () I have to drive an hour to get to it!

I live in Sault Ste Marie. We only have a selection of about 5 Lindor truffle flavors. I couldn’t wait to visit the Lindt store here, and my expectations were definitely met! So many flavors! Staff of 1 was super friendly and very informative. Got the 100 truffles for 30 plus a few extras that were on sale. I came to London to help a friend, BUT it was all worth it for the chocolate. LoL (cappuccino & chocolate mint...mmm)
