I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and ambiance of Kate & Co when dropping in yesterday.....so delighted that I purchased 2 wonderful recliners for a newly decorated room. We are very happy with the new drapes we purchased from Kate & Co for our living room, dining room and home office. She did not disappoint with the quality of the drapes and the delivery date --- and it would have been understandable if there were delays during this particularly challenging time. Kate is very personable and professional. I consider myself very fortunate to have such a wonderful store in our town where we can shop local!
Such a very positive experience, Kate was so helpful she answered all our questions, and since we brought our clock home, we love it more each and everyday. Love the store, love the service and especially love our new clock, I will definitely shop here again.

Never again would I ever would I deal with Kate!!!!! Not a great experience! Spent a lot of —5000! No delivery’s. Had to pay or pick up! Ordered custom chair! order specifically stated Soft foam. Was delivered to Kate -surprisingly it was never checked out by her,- was fully wrapped in plastic when I picked up and because it was snowing did not uncover. Got it home CAN’T sit on it ( have issues which Kate was fully aware of) and Kate refuses to deal with it! How’s that for customer service!!!! Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere!!!!!
