Tammy and Veronica are a great help and remembered me from quite a long time ago when I was in to get batteries for my mother. I was surprised that they would recognize us and mother's name! Happy they are our local store!
Great service from people who really know what hearing problems are like. My audiologist Kelley goes above and beyond in order to improve my hearing. I feel very confident in the service I receive from Hearing life Lindsay.
The service I received at this Hearing Life centre was exemplary. I was there to replace my first pair of aids which were at the end of their life. After examining my hearing, Kelly explained my options for new aids and answered my many questions. She took time to be sure I understood the functions of the hearing aids I chose, and then put in an order for them. When they arrived, she made sure they fit properly, and set the volume to my specifications. I was given batteries and a cleaning kit, plus instructions on how to use everything. I had two follow up appointments, and am now on my way to hearing everything again, with the knowledge that I am free to ask for help if necessary. Hearing aids are very expensive, but I was pleased that there was government and other assistance for me. Consequently, I have help which is affordable. Thank you Hearing Life.
Kelly and Tammy were very professional and listened to my questions. Took my old aids in and had them cleaned etc., hearing test indicated further degradation in my right ear. Tried a new set but financially not feasible then saw a promo in the paper came in and met with Kelly. She guided me through various scenarios without any pressure. We finally settled on a pair of rechargeable aids. They are great - would recommend the Lindsay facility to anyone. Thanks.
