The other tenants just didnt grasp the concept of boundaries. Tried showering in peace and privacy and they kept standing behind me waiting for me to drop the soap.

Very poor hotel, I had to stab three people to get a reservation and go through a long court process as if I was some criminal. The hotel rooms are concrete and are often shared with other people ( whom I got shanked by (prison style!!)) Food service is horrible, I asked to speak to the manager because I found hair in my food but instead I got to speak to a mean man with a baton, it hurt badly. Room service was bad and the showers had no walls and the soap was slipery. I came to Ontario to sight see but they wouldn't let me leave. Beds were also uncomfortable. They also required us to wear orange clothes, and the security guards were very rude. May return but I do not recommend

Forget about the inmate point of view. These people have families and loved ones who are outstanding citizens in the community. A simple polite answer when phoning in or asking a simple question before a visit would be greatly appreciated. These \correctional officers\ for years have been called currupt and clearly need some correcting of their own. Them and who ever it is working in the front have serious attitude problems everyday. Its sad enough people are visiting loved ones who are imprisoned but to be spoken to as if your a criminal as well ?
