I had the ginger beef, with a bowl of steamed rice, it was my lunch break I was working a few hundred metres away; and I was a little hesitant that they might not make my food fast enough, and it might not be good. To my surprise not only the service was fairly speedy, it was the best ginger beef I've had in a while, the beef strips we're cooked to perfection, it was seasoned quite well, and also the green peppers, and onions sauteed to perfection, really tied the whole dish together, I was quite impressed, and I finished everything, and I mean everything. I can't say for sure if it was my cravings for Chinese food at that moment may have had an impact on my perception of the taste, but I was blown away, I wished I was able to try more of their dishes, but I was bound by time; for I had to be back at work, curse my luck, but this place forever left an impact on me, Ive tried many Chinese restaurants and this is quite easily in the top tier of my go to list. I'm not claiming I'm some sort of a food connoisseur, but I know when something is good, and trust me this was good. I will visit here again, in the near future, and I hope that if your in the mood for Chinese, I suggest that you ' Lin Chinese Cuisine and Tea House' Thank you in taking the time to read this, I hope this review hells you in any way possible, take care.

Solid place to go for XLB and szechuan food. Prices are reasonable and lunch specials are good bang for your buck (comes with soup and rice). Beef roll is better than Peaceful's beef roll. Overall would recommend if you're in the mood for some Chinese food in that neighborhood.
Ordered Peking Duck 3 course for delivery, was very disappointed by the portion of duck. Unfortunately the flavor did not make up for the small portion size either. Along with the marked up prices for delivery, this meal was very overpriced in every way possible.
We have dined in here once several years ago, bought take out duck about 2 years ago and enjoyed the tea smoked duck take out for Christmas this year. Leftovers lasted into today on Boxing day. I recall enjoying some other dish when dining in, but this review is strictly for the tea smoked duck. It is a true treat and exceptional, I don't think you can find this anywhere else in Greater Vancouver. Plump, juicy, flavourful with gorgeous skin and the price doesn't break the bank. Like almost all chinese meat dishes there are bones but it is completely worth it.
I have dined here a few times. Food is okay, but nothing special. I ordered online once for \deluxe\ mixed vegetables but what I got was something completely different than the photo, a much cheaper version. I asked them about this and they did not get back to me. Sorry to say but I will not be returning.
