Being on heroin and methadone for 10 years, my wife and I decided this is it. It is the first and last place I will ever need for a new life. I am blown away to be leaving here clean after just seven days. The nurses are amazing over and over. Facility was top notch so was the food.

My admission to Neworld detox was the start of a new journey. It was amazing. The staff, the director owner/operators and the doctor. These people can help with anything. Even the patients were supportive and kind. The environment was amazing, esp being far from Toronto. They give u an amazing selection of meals, order whatever u want. It was amazing. The nurses were amazing and supportive. Always there for u. I felt next to zero discomfort. I recommend this place over any other detox center as I've looked around. The counselor wrote me a whole plan for the future and she was just totally there for u and supportive. The housekeepers are the heart of the house to be honest. They are always happy, smiling and on top make u a fresh BLT for lunch Neworld detox gave me a 2nd shot at life and I'm absolutely glad I chose to go there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE AT NEWORLD DETOX CENTER. love u guys. And this isn't no made up message ur more than welcome to message me anytime.

Greatly appreciated for making this first step difficult as it was. The entire staff has been exceptional in making this process comfortable as possible. I was terrified to walk through the doors but have been met with kindness and understanding not only the staff but the friendships made here through shared stories of addiction and recovery I will remember long down the road. I would especially like to thank the nurses and housekeeper staff whose caring and humor helped so much.

Neworld Detox is a very comfortable place. Staff all very friendly and I was quite surprised by this judging from past experience. Dr Khaled is a very understanding doctor. I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with him. All employees are very friendly and accommodating. Also, it is a very clean facility.
