A Life Labs trainee permanently scarred my neckline after administering a simple heart monitor. She used a razor and punctured my skin in two locations... I was not asked to have a trainee practice on me, and due to my ill health, I didn't think to ask if they were not adhering to policies, I later found out they were not. I attempted to make a formal complaint with Life Labs, but they don't have a process to do this. TG for these reviews.... although, I now have to look at scars on my neck and no one has taken accountability... seems wrong to me

I arrived at their office at a few minutes after 2 pm today as they don’t do any testing after 3pm. I indicated what I was there for and that I had the document on my phone and I would email it to them. I just did this at the doctor’s office without any issues. They stated they wouldn’t accept an email and I would have to bring in a hard copy. I asked if there was any place close by that has a print service as I wouldn’t have time to go home, print it out and be back before 3pm. She said “We don’t give directions, you will have to figure that out on your own.” I went down to Staples and printed the form out for her and arrived back a few minutes prior to 3. When I gave her the form she requested ID, which I gave to her. When she started entering all my information into the computer I expressed concern about needing all the information she was collecting in light of their recent hack where the information of up to 15 million customers was stolen. At that point she gave me my ID back and informed me that that was their policy and if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere. Needless to say I was not impressed. I would be happy to show ID for proof of identity but I am not comfortable with them storing information surplus to what their needs are. I am lead to believe this was their second loss of information in 3 years due to hacking.

The ladies were all very nice and efficient. I booked an appointment and did not have to wait more than a minute or 2. Quick and easy!

They never performed culture on urine analysis, saying the criteria was not met, although pregnancy clearly meets the criteria, and they did the analysis the previous time and there were multiple bacteria present. this was to follow up, and they failed to provide results. Staff was kind and courteous, no complaints there. It's the l;ab itself that seems to be a little sloppy.

Worst ever—I arrived at 6:30am and didn’t get out of there until 8:00am! When I arrived there were only 3 people ahead of me! There were just 2 employees doing blood, X-rays and other things. Also, people arrived after me and were taken first because they had reservations-I would have made a reservation had I known that was an option. Never again! I will go elsewhere for future blood work!
