Very organized during Covid time. The guy who did the injection was amazing, I didn't notice anything. To my experience, a great place to do medical tests.

Booked an appointment a month in advance. When I arrived I was told to wait outside, that there is a 40-minute wait and they will call me when it's my turn. After an hour of waiting in the cold, I went inside to see why I still hadn't received a phone call. The lady told me my name was "crossed off" and so she was "unsure" if I still wanted my appointment. My question is why she was so lazy as to not even give me a call to check? Of course I want the appointment I waited 1 month for. The lady did not apologize or care. Absolutely horrible customer service. Highly do not recommend this location.

Worst lifelab ever - I’ve been to many over the years having to have bloodwork done every 6 months. Waited 50 mins past my scheduled appointment only for the attendant to tell me that she couldn’t open the document.

Horrible place. I didn't have an appointment. Lady at front door took down names and phone number. My pregnant wife and I waited for over 2 hours . I got no phone call. They closed at 4pm and told us that "they called but nobody picked up". I had my phone with me the whole time but no call was made. I was very upset at their lack of consideration or customer service. Very horrible service. I do NOT recommend. 0 STARS!!!!!

Total chaos. Aurora is desperately in need of an alternative provider given the huge waiting times and disarray here. At a time when appointments and their ‘save my spot’ app should be working to help people come and go safely and efficiently, They have neither operational. Just multiple staff with a clipboard Taking names and numbers and telling people to wait in their cars. With no guidance of waiting times. Easily 2 hours this AM. For a large organization they should be able to do better. Both for their clients and their staff during these trying times.

They have some weird system for Covid-19 that this location only follows. Has nothing about how their new system is on their websites, only low wait times. So once I go in I find out that they are fully booked for the day even thought the website says nothing about that, I end up quite upset

"If you book an appointment you dont have to wait" IS A LIE !! " oh I'm sorry we dont know how to organize our time and ate bottlenecking so let me just ask you at 5 months pregnant to wait OUTSIDE in the heat "... they couldn't even give me an approximate wait time. Not everyone has a car with AC and asking your patients to wait outside in the heat ... especially when they are pregnant. Just disgusting behaviour in my opinion.

Told me I was in line then closed an locked door an never contacted me one of the worst blood labs I’ve gone to.
