Worst life labs ever, employees are not polite to the patients. Computers never work and the employees do not want to help the patients. No compromises are made to help anyone. You show up for your appointment and have to wait another 1 plus before they take you. Highly recommend going to a different location.

To whom it may concern, I have had to go to life labs multiple times during this pandemic and I must admit that I am rather frustrated and unimpressed. I don’t understand why you even allow for an “appointment” feature, if the appointment times are never honoured. Every time I have come to get labs done, I have waited in excess of 30-60 minutes (just to be told to sit in the waiting room). Luckily, I am of good healthy, however, I have noticed many other frail patients struggling to stand in a line for such an extended period of time. Please find a way to fix this. This is not okay.

To Renée at 65 Larch: You did my blood work this morning and I absolutely appreciate you. You are so upfront and honest and so easy to talk to. I love how comfortable you made me feel. You are amazing. Especially when greeting and registering new patients. Very sweet. Keep being unapologetically you. We need more people like you in the medical field.

Didn't explain what not to do before glucose test and wasted an hour of my life to have to go back cause I was told to drink a drink and my time would start when I was done and nothing else but apparently you can't chew gum which i was not told nor was I told no food or drink either.
