So basically you book online for your appointment & you arrive there, waiting in same line as the walks inn. Then you again needed to wait because you book a appointment and let all the walks inn before you. This is worse service I ever seen. So they let 4 walks inn before me since I got s appointment booked. So its better to just walk inn??? Needed to do better job with client service. Dont take me wrong , they all are very nice , but they way they run the show is very diesiponnited

Their online booking service is horrible ! I made an appointment for 1.30 pm and arrived early only to be told they close at 1pm and that their online booking system does not work!! Unbelievable ! The lady there told me it was an issue that head office should deal with as it happens all the time. This is the second time I've had this problem with lifelabs. I drove half an hour for nothing. Also, their address is incorrect and they have not bothered to change it online. So good luck finding them.

I used this LifeLab for the first time today. Excellent experience. Nice staff, excellent technician. I will continue to use this facility. Yes there was a short wait, but I had an appointment time and I was still finished within 25 minutes after my appointment time.
