My 85 year old mother waited an hour standing .The lab said the requisition was not faxed. They said they would call the dr..they left her standing...she never did get her much needed test. Been there 3 times this week and they leave people standing outside way too long and they are rude. Another lab needs to open in this town

All though this Tillsonburg lab has not talked to me with disrespect as they would get an ear full back, but I have seen and heard many times how they talk to people and its terrible. They are absolutely miserable, rude, and have no care for the people who keep those employees working. My opinion is that they have been at that location far too long and there should be a change of staff at this Tillsonburg life labs. Or if they don't like the job they are doing every day. Then find another job you like. Its almost border line of verbal abuse to the seniors. They don't deserve to be treated like they are a dirt. Im just glad this staff does not work in a retirement environment.
The staff at this location were rude and very short with patients. One staff repeatedly raised her voice at an elderly couple and kept telling them that even if they were from the same household they must stay 2 feet apart (which they were). I believe she meant 6 feet, but said the wrong thing. Anyway, I hope there is another lab in Tillsonburg because I would rather not have to go back there again. Staff, if you are that afraid of covid, don't go to work.
