No idea what the problem is, but passing 6 people an hour is completely insane this is a City not a small town waiting over 1 hour when there is 8 people total its really unacceptable. Maybe more staff. I don't know but completely unacceptable.

The last time I went here back in the summer the clerk was so mean to me I ended having a melt down. I cried the entire time I was there and could not stop crying until I got home and took a tranquilizer. I will never return to this lab again. It was my favorite lab to go to until that incident.

Made my appointment for 9:20 am. Waited in line out side for an hour. I was a little bit early. Guy said he called my name 3 times. No one can hear at the back if the line. Others in line had to pass down the names that were called. No way my name was called.

Lifelabs staff is very helpful with your questions or concerns that you may have. I need to get blood work often, and I find that they go out of their way not to hurt you.
