Am hard of hearing, mostly deaf, and they are very understanding of that. They got me in and out quickly, kept people socially distanced, and I am one hell of an easy-bruiser. I didn't bruise at all, and had to visit them every two week for four separate visits. They also did an EKG, and all the information was up and ready to be read super quickly. I was grateful that the nurses were willing to gesture, or talk REALLY loudly, and one nurse even KNEW the sign for "Yes," when I pointed at the booth I thought I was supposed to be in. I know that doesn't sound like much, but when you live with a hearing disability, every little effort REALLY counts and they made my day. \u003c3 Thank you for making my experience painless, and fast, and being so understanding of my hearing loss.

1 week after routine blood test and my arm still looks like this. Tech was placing labels on tubes while drawing blood... extremely painful. Do not recommend this place!

This lab gets really busy sometimes, but online booking of appointments can help curtail the wait time. I had to go here weekly for over 40 weeks in a row during a clinical trial I was involved in. The staff were quick, clean, professional and friendly. Phlebotomists were A1. Excellent and efficient service and care during the COVID19 pandemic. Always impressed when I go there.

Went in and it was packed so figured I would come back another day. Turns out even if you walk in and right back out you still have to pay the 3 parking.....found out I can book online ahead of time to make it a smaller wait time....only problem is you cant book appointments in the morning. Only the afternoon....once you're in it's great.

Website says open Saturday until noon. Went to drop off samples. Closed. Waste of time and test kits. I'll have to go get the test kits and do this all again. Update your website.
