I had an unfortunate experience at this lab. One lab tech was obviously very stressed working alone while the other tech was at lunch. She was rude and accusartory towards me when I asked a simple question. I was made to feel belittled and in the way. I will never go back to this lab again or recommend anyone use this lab. There is no clerk at the desk to help the techs. Very inefficient!
