All I know is the Cobourg location and they are wonderful, caring and professional all the way!!

Stood in the bitter cold with no wind shelter for 20 min for one of the first appointments of the day with a group of seniors. Inside waiting area was empty. No clear instructions on how to get in for my appointment. Finally the attendant appeared and stood in the doorway, called a booking time out (hope you remember the exact time of your appointment because they don’t call your name). If I was further back in line I would not have heard her and would be skipped. She then made me dig out my health card and req. form and answer covid questions outside in the cold instead of letting me into the doorways out of the cold where she was! Terrible, inhumane and lazy system. They were barely open and already a half hour late, even waiting to log people in so the wait time displayed looked better, as 4 of them doddled behind the counter instead of working!!! Nice, I wish I could get a job where I was paid for being rude, slow and lazy!!!!

Company does not operate secure systems which protect customer confidentiality . “There is information relating to approximately 15 million customers on the computer systems that were potentially accessed in this breach”. One star is way too high. Staff was incredibly rude. Acted put upon, curt. Made everyone who walked in feel uncomfortable. Who ever owns this location needs to rethink their customer service plan. Pls don’t let seniors or people unwell who can’t advocate for themselves to go to this location on their own.

Fantastic service, friendly welcome. As a planner type of person who makes appointments ahead of time, I really appreciated my timeslot being honoured despite a full waiting room of walk-ins. Most of the reviewers here appear to be grumpy because who really likes to go get lab work done, but honestly if they made appointments and took a modicum of positivity with them, they'd have happier lives. Love this location, and the efficient and courteous staff.
