The staff, mostly are good and professional. They are working hard and clean. The only issue is the save my spot app! And I think it's not staff problem and should be fixed at company management.

Friendly cheerful staff. Anytime one has to visit medical facilities its wonderful to see staff that are warm and polite. I would suggest using their booking system prior to arriving as it can be quite the wait.

On March 22, 2021, They ignored me. I told them that I saved my spot. After almost 1 hour of waiting, without any reason! they called me as the last person in line before closing. Really they don't care you saved your spot via the online system. The online application is garbage. They were rude in response! on that day I had a terrible experience with 2 Unprofessional staff. Thanks to a Persian girl. she did my blood test nicely.

Very poor customer service. The front girls are very rude and not knowledgeable at all... They ignored me after they checked me in and kept me waited for almost 45 min without any reason! I've asked several times nicely for my blood test and instead they were supper rude while they replied! Life Lab really needs to focus more of hiring nicer people specially for Marin Drive's location.

The location is very clean and treated very well and the waiting time is very short. There is a TV screen to see the waiting time

One of the nurses here has hit a nerve in my arm TWICE now. She has also denied it when I told her. I will be requesting a different phlebotomist from now on. No other phlebotomists have ever hit nerves for me, nor minimized my experiences when I'm 100% certain something had happened - not sure what else a sharp, electrical sensation running down my arm and into my fingers during the poke would be - so I am concerned about her training.

This location has very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Save my spot has no use here as they lump everyone into the same waiting line. I’m addition, they do not give direction or clarification on checking in.
