Greatest life coach I've been to, and trust me I've been to a lot of them. Was able to help me not only on a personal level as a human being, but also could show me things from an outsiders' perspective.
Even at age 63, I am able to learn more about myself and why certain things keep on recurring in my life. Certainly opens up the way you think about how things work. The biggest think I took away is just how powerful our brains our; and how everything starts there. The foundation is almost everything, it connected the dots for me.
They helped me out with my anxiety and bipolar conditions... Like they say there's nothing you can do to "cure" mental illness yet but at least I am now able to live my life at a tolerable level. It's a journey.
the past couple of years have been rough for me and I can't say that I have been in a great position to turn it around. Lets just say it how it is, if you need a life coach you probably aren't be doing that great and I finally admitted that I needed help. I don't want to go into the specifics of it but my problems were pertaining to addiction and depression. I got a few free consultations from a few different places but really vibed well with this life coach. They completely twisted my mental outlook on life and made me realize that it all starts from getting your mind in the right place. Am I where I want to be now? No, but I can definitely say that I'm on the right path now because of this life coaching service. Seriously, even if you don't get a life coach, you need to understand the importance of having the right attitude and mental outlook on all things in your life.
Extremely helpful in suppressing and managing my anxiety. I have a social phobia which is still prevalent to a degree, but it is significantly minimized now after using the practices from life coaching vancouver.
