I'm traveling through Quebec on a 4000km trip. Klr 650 had a rear sprocket issue. RPM Rive - Sud had the part in stock, I was on my way in 45 min.
Avoid the service department at all costs. Charge extra if you don't pay the inflated prices they have on the merch. Paid for a tire change suddenly they also an addition 10 bucks on a 30 dollar invoice claiming they don't make money on tire changes. And because I didn't buy they tore from them they were justified in the surcharge. In a nut shell I was cheesed and resolved never to purchase anything from them again, but then I went out to my bike and did a quick inspection on the rear tire. The shop didn't tighten the lock nuts which is a good thing cause I had to go out into the parking lot toalign my tire to the chain as there was a 1 slot difference between sides, which the mechanic refused to correct stating it was close enough. In a nut shell this place is a hatchet shop that has no problem gouging customers all the while claiming they can't compete with online stores....... I wonder why.
Very rude and disrespectful towards me! Worst dealership in Canada right here. Try learning some manners before you open your doors again to serve people
