Staff were awesome! Super patient and kind. I was anxious about some things and they explained everything in detail step-by-step and made sure that I understood what was happening and felt comfortable. They were also quick and made everything as enjoyable of an experience as it could be!

I would highly recommend this MRI Clinic to anyone that is wanting quick response time and to get answers quickly. Staff was super friendly and made you feel welcome upon arrival. It’s located in an easy location and directions to the Center is detailed perfectly in your email prior to going. Clinic is extremely clean and I recommend also the Classic Rock to be playing while getting your MRI.

Let me start off by saying the UT3 Centre has always been extremely accommodating for myself and my clients; I have never experienced poor service from anyone working there and thank everyone who works there for their ongoing efforts to assist with requests. I’m giving a special mention of Nicki, the lead Technologist, as she has always been especially resourceful; saving me considerable time out of my work day by going the extra mile for both me and my clients. It’s clear that Nicki is thorough with patient history, considerate of others and very passionate about her work.

Visited U3T facility recently and it was a pleasant experience. Nikki was very informative and answered any questions that I had on my mind. She was very knowledgeable in her field of work. We would like to acknowledge the compassion and care that our son received from tech Nicki. Our son was extremely nervous about his MRI procedure but she turned an unknown situation into a positive experience! We couldn't have asked for anything more and were very fortunate to have her. This facility is top notch!
