Wow, what a great company to deal with! After some extensive research, I went with a Royal Cargo 7 x 16 for my non-profit company. Value, build quality and bang-for-the-buck were my \big three\, and Southland hit all the marks. When I picked up the trailer, it had a mismatched tire and wheel, but one phone call took care of that in short order. Without even as much as a pause in the conversation, Southland had a new, matching wheel in the pipeline, no questions asked. Now I have a four matching wheels and a really nice spare! When it comes time to upgrade, there's only one company I'll be considering. Well done, Southland!

Highly recommend that you don't by any Royal trailer. We bought a new one and it's falling apart everywhere. Absolutely no support from Royal/ Southland on out of pocket expenses and related costs due to several repairs on a trailer that has 500 kilometers on it. Doors don't close properly, screw heads broken off all over, and due to the repairs have major dents showing through the trailer body. Worst trailer and trailer builder out there! Never been so disappointed with anything I have ever purchased. Any other trailer manufacturer would be better!
