This place is cost friendly, and I relatively secure. There lanes could use some better drainage and pot holes filled a bit. The buildings have been clean, and staff have always been friendly and understanding if something comes up.

Locker was broken into several times and each time we brought this to staff’s attention we were told to pound sand. They do have cameras but didn’t seem concerned enough to check them to help us identify who had robbed us. For a charge of over 100 a month, having your possessions stolen is not worth it, go elsewhere.
Bought moving boxes at this place and I'm surprise that they are selling wide variety of moving supplies. I will absolutely come back again to buy moving supplies on my next move.
Jordy was the employee who assisted me and she was very polite, helpful and informative. I will be using this company again and would recommend it to others as well.
If it were possible to give no stars I would have. I used to love this storage rental place and then it was bought by these new owners. Now they've raised the prices ridiculously, they're customer service is nowhere near where it used to be and I have to pay for a protection plan, even though I have renter's insurance. As soon as I can I will be moving my things. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
