Discovered that the main water shut off valve in my place did not work. Tim came in and installed a new one quickly. He was very friendly and professional. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Tim was very professional in person & on the phone when confirming the appointment time. The job entailed more than the installation , but the work was explained, quoted & done well. Did a great job of cleaning up. Many thanks. Would certainly recommend.
My turnaround time was 45 minutes! It was very impressive when you have no hot water at - 10 and you get this speed of service, you will be in business for long time. Please keep up the good work!
Yesterday my roommate did the dishes and all plumbing backed up, bathtub filled with sewage toilet over flowing everything. Thankfully I knew where the valves were for everything and stopped it from continuing. This was a Sunday, I called them and they came within an hour. John was awesome and spent about 4 hours trying to get stuff fixed and working again. Turns out the line passed my property collapsed and then it escalated to being a city issue. I am still dealing with it now and have no water. But again its at a point where its a city issue as the pipes need to be dug up passed the curb. The service and help i was given by these guys though is beyond the pale. I work in the trades but I am not a plumber so this is beyond my scope. They showed up fast, gave me a quote that they stuck to despite the job expanding and were amazing. Sucks I now have to deal with the city to fix the issue at hand but I have nothing but praise for the people here that helped me. On a sunday no less.
