Worst experience ever. I wish I could have minus - 7 star. It looks all reviews are planted. Please read this review before you go there. Issues: I just had an issue of car ignition in the extreme cold, also leaks in radiator. I went there on Feb 13, 2020. They checked everything and said there is no issue at all and there is no leakl (see attached file). I paid money and came back. next day got the same problem. They gave me anothe appintmnet of next week. they said we need to change engine evap valve because we cannot diagnose without replacing that, if you let us change that part we will definetly be able to diagnose, they replaced that part (march 19,2020) , but unfortuntely, they just cleared the engine lights by machine I guess. when I reached at home, I noticed that the car bumper was out of fitting and all the engine lights came back in addition of ABS light on and car stoped by itself without key. Yesterday, I could not start again and went to another mechanic, they said you should not have drive this car when lights were like that, they found the following issues within 10 minutes but it was too late: Radiator was leaked Oil pressure problem engine is gone because of these poblems and their little ignorance. They charged me to ruin my car and now it's costing me more than 7000 to get it repaired, need to change engine. If they were not skilled they should have asked me very first day but they said there is no issue at all. Please see the attcahed file. Thanks

I'm from Calgary. I just used Mr. Mechanic for a prepurchase inspection on a vehicle in Lethbridge. Amazing service and communication. Great prices. Jared was awesome and they saved me a massive headache. I'll definitely use them again if I'm ever in the area.
